Pros

Coffee provided at all locations. Very hard-working employees.

Cons

Hard to see managers treated one way and "the little people" treated another. Feels like watching "working poor" in action and nothing I could do to help. CEO only cares about bottom line, not those who help to meet that bottom line, unless they are in upper echelon of management. If you are a hard worker and great employee, there are companies that would truly appreciate and reward you.

Pros

Nothing changed. Promises left undelivered. Support staff struggles every day. Patients waiting and dying. No money for competent staff. NVA destroyed our clinic.

Cons

Nothing changed. Same terrible benefits. Same awful hours, lack of staff and low wages. No change in structural management. No work/life balance.

Pros

I learned a lot. I was able to move up, network, and develop skills that have helped progress my career.

Cons

The practice was newly acquired by Nva and was still under management changes.
