Horrible! The transition team was terrible.

Pros

I'm stretching this to make the minimum words. Don't work for them, if they buy your hospital they will lie to you to keep you until their people come in. Walk.

Cons

Transition team is useless. DM and RM's are self serving. They lie right to your face. Management has high turnover so if you get a good one they will change positions.

It is unfortunate to hear of your negative experience. We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that our team works diligently to make each and every location’s transition into the NVA family as seamless as possible. Our goal is to provide our hospitals the ability to practice the medicine they want while helping to preserve their legacy and we will continue to optimize these efforts to the best of our ability.

Pros

This has nothing to do with the company as much as a perk of the job itself, but I get a really good discount on vet stuff.

Cons

This company is your typical nightmare Corporation to work for. Upper staff is paid very well and the lower guys who keep the ball rolling are given terrible pay, regardless of work output being stellar. There is no morale and no motivation to do a good job because none of the staff are recognized for anything good. We only ever hear when we are doing something wrong. And even when we are doing things right we are still not doing them well enough. The clinic I have worked for for the past seven years has lost all of its best employees one by one in the last six months because none of us could continue working at a place that is such a disappointment.

Pros

This company is unique compared to mot large corporations. It is very employee-centric and does follow the model they preach, not dictating medicine. Everyone who works in their support center is helpful and cares. Lots of opportunity for growth and they invest in their hospitals and employees. Love working for them.

Cons

Seem to be growing faster than they can keep up with in support center.
