      Pros

      Definitely lots of growth potential at NVA. I feel that I am a valued member of the company and that my opinion is heard. There is a great sense of pride and camaraderie within the company. Employees are encouraged to express their opinions and work to improve the current systems in place.

      Cons

      Can be a fast-paced environment at times. Need to be a fast learner in order to keep up. Not a lot of up front training, expected to learn a lot on the job.

      The entire organization is looking to grow together and is extremely invested in the success of both the company and their employees. I feel valued as an employee and appreciate that when you work hard here, people want to work with you and want to see you grow.

      Cons

      If you are not a quick learner or self-motivating , you can be overwhelmed in such a fast-paced, fast-growing environment.
