Pros

You will meet a lot of hard working and great people.

Cons

You will give it your all and not be appreciated, no raises because "NVA budget" to the office, on top of not having raises they throw new duties your way adding more work to your day.

Horrible! The transition team was terrible.

Pros

I'm stretching this to make the minimum words. Don't work for them, if they buy your hospital they will lie to you to keep you until their people come in. Walk.

Cons

Transition team is useless. DM and RM's are self serving. They lie right to your face. Management has high turnover so if you get a good one they will change positions.

It is unfortunate to hear of your negative experience. We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that our team works diligently to make each and every location’s transition into the NVA family as seamless as possible. Our goal is to provide our hospitals the ability to practice the medicine they want while helping to preserve their legacy and we will continue to optimize these efforts to the best of our ability.

Pros

Coffee provided at all locations. Very hard-working employees.

Cons

Hard to see managers treated one way and "the little people" treated another. Feels like watching "working poor" in action and nothing I could do to help. CEO only cares about bottom line, not those who help to meet that bottom line, unless they are in upper echelon of management. If you are a hard worker and great employee, there are companies that would truly appreciate and reward you.
