The pay is decent, but not worth the mental, emotional abuse!

Cons

This company protects their upper management. They have had SEVERAL lawsuits regarding inappropriate behavior. When an employee approaches HR about anything HR conveys it to the person the issue is with and does nothing to stop it. They then dismiss what you say and protect the other person if they are upper management. They have settled several lawsuits because they know they are in the wrong. They don't really care about their employees. They want you to give everything to the company and they don't care about your personal wellbeing.

I love my veterinary clinic, the doctors, staff and clients are amazing.

Cons

It really depends upon what MRO you have. They make decisions without actually knowing what is going on the hospital. It completely changed our culture and has resulted in losing a lot of amazing employees.
