Fellow employees are hard working and caring.

Cons

Leadership is terrible. Untalented Power hungry leaders stay and all the good leaders bail after a year. Constant loss of great Leaders and retaining of poor leaders who can’t find jobs elsewhere .

Management allowed for feedback and ideas. Working with animals. Close bonds form with employees.

Cons

The pay was terrible for the work expected from employees. Makes it impossible for someone to support themselves. Not enough to even get by. Lord of times I went without having food to eat.
