Pros

Supposedly do not dictate how to practice medicine, although that changed with the introduction and expected quotas with puppy/kitten and wellness packages that did not make financial sense for most clients

Cons

Poor management that is not responsive, terribly inefficient protocols, chronically understaffed, out-priced clients on basic needs leaving empty surgery schedules, false promises and gaslighting by management, below-average salaries and benefits, constant support staff turnover, old facility needing many repairs and updates

Pros

Structure, professionalism, eagerness to grow.

Cons

Very corporate. Lack of caring, only focus is money, lack of training for roles, lack of support for individual hospitals depending on regional manager. Constant changes of major systems without proper training, unclear objectives, unnecessary and/or redundant mandatory programs and processes.
