      Pros

      When we joined NVA I was very impressed with the company and culture. Unfortunately, there has been a large change at the top and it has impacted the whole of the company.

      Cons

      Where to start? Constant "asks" with no pay out. They will begin to implement a change then due to a "third party" the change will not occur. Leadership is a joke. They used to actually care about their employees now it is all about revenue. They increase our prices to make up for the lack of revenue even though we tell them that we have outpriced ourselves. They then ask why our revenue is down...

      Pros

      In my experience they tend to leave you alone if you are hitting your numbers. You have the ability, with in reason, to choose how you want to structure and run your hospital. They do allow you to maintain individuality with your practice. Most of the other hospital managers are helpful although you have to forage those relationships on your own.

      Cons

      - Poor communication from the top down - Lack of leadership development - They don’t allow hospitals to do certain tasks which requires the employee to submit a ticket which may or may not be handled appropriately/timely depending on the department. - reporting and accounting can be cumbersome and is not transparent.

      Pros

      Team of coworkers is great. About 1/2 the doctors are great. NVA doesn’t meddle to much with how you perform medicine.

      Cons

      Middle and upper management doesn’t care about the site level. Site level management doesn’t have the support of mid and upper management unless things are going well. Site level management can act as they want with little to no accountability on how they are treating employees
