      Leadership, bad morale, forced to take time off, most hr staff are rude, must be in the right "group" to fit in.

      Pros

      Free medical clinic and excellent health insurance and dental insurance. 401k and life insurance.

      Cons

      They do not care about employees safety. They hire violent felons and s*x offenders. They don't inform other employees so they can protect themselves and their property. The amount illegal drug activity in the plant is scary. Go elsewhere to seek employment
