      Pros

      Naphcare is an awesome company to work for. I have been there 9 months and love it. The company is growing. Good salary, great benefits.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at this time. The health insurance wasn't that great but it just changed to a much better plan.

      Pros

      Naphcare is a steadily growing company with a lot to offer a good employee. Opportunity for growth, an involved Executive team, a diligent and supportive corporate staff, some of the best coworkers that could be asked for, competitive pay and benefits, flexible work schedule, and knowledgeable leaders.

      Cons

      Anything negative that could be said is so minor, It could not even be considered a con. The positives of working for this company far out-weigh any downsides, and I am the happiest I have ever been in my professional career.

      NaphCare is a great company to work for. I have gained valuable experience during my time here. I'm grateful for the growth opportunities that have been presented to me. The working environment is pleasant and my co-workers are amazing! I anticipate a bright future here!
