      Pros

      I joined Natera as a fresher, and I’m glad I did. I was welcomed into a company that valued its people beyond all else. I was taught the ropes and allowed to grow and excel. The work culture is unbeatable, and I’ve made connections here that will last a lifetime. In 5 years, I took on new responsibilities, and even though I left Natera, I will always be thankful for everything I learned here.
