Pros

I was 6 months into my job here when I had an accident while riding my bike. I had fractured multiple bones in my legs, and I was worried about how I’d make ends meet. My entire team and senior management came to my rescue. Natera bore all the expenses for my treatment and granted me extended leave to recuperate at home. After 2 months, I was able to resume work. I will always be grateful to Natera and my wonderful colleagues for helping me in my darkest hour.

Pros

Their salary structure and packages are far beyond the industry standard. The perks and meaningful and tangible. I was rewarded for my effort and proactivity. Those with merit are further groomed for leadership roles, while the incentives are excellent. I had an incredible journey with Natera. If you’re thinking of joining, don’t think twice.

Cons

Although the cafeteria is phenomenal, I would recommend more variety.
