      Pros

      In the 5 years that I worked with Natera, I grew from strength to strength. None of that would have been possible without supportive colleagues, brilliant senior management, and ample growth opportunities. Natera values its people, and they offer excellent incentives to those who put in the effort. In the end, I scaled up to a senior post and had a team that was more like a family. Thank you, Natera.

      Pros

      I have never seen such a fantastic work culture. HR genuinely does its best to help employees grow and flourish. I had the chance to work with brilliant minds and learn from them. The salary, perks, and incentives are excellent. In 3 years, I learned a great deal. Natera helped me build a solid foundation and grow in biotech. For that, I will always be grateful.

      I had some disagreements with colleagues. Senior management took some time, but the matter was resolved amicably.

      Pros

      Natera was a dream come true for me. Excellent work culture, helpful peers, competent senior management, and a brilliant salary structure. The company provided us with strong incentives and rewarded hard work, proactivity, and effort. I was able to grow quickly, and the incentives were great! If you’re willing to work hard, the rewards are plentiful here.
