Pros

You can trade big pieces of your time & life to make money.

Cons

- Nepotism - Mid / upper level managers won’t answer teams messages - Unethical distribution of leads - Mafia - minus intelligence, being organized, and strength - Leadership never takes accountability, will try to talk accountability to employees though - View people who make suggestions & present a problem / solution as a threat & insubordinate - Attempt to manage by fear - Send out hype videos to the sales floor from the in person office culture in 2017 - Current fully remote culture is nothing like that & the overwhelming majority of the people in the videos no longer work at NDR - High turn over - 2024 hired & onboarded 850+ people due to horrific turnover rate - “Woke” - This is the only company I’ve ever seen where the topic of racism came up multiple times - Very dark history of causing mental issues, mental breakdowns, substance abuse, overdoses - NDR has been sued multiple times from their employees - Love to send emails to the company about building mental resilience at work to justify their poor culture, management, and systems - They pay for employees to have a free subscription to the calm app in an attempt to gaslight & condone their weak structure - Do not work here if you have a strong moral compass - No question the most incompetent IT department I’ve ever seen - Teams chats used for support for sales reps frequently go unanswered especially during the weekends - There are people from the upper level all the way to a customer service rep who will not answer a Microsoft teams message - it’s acceptable. It’s the culture. - A lot of these 5 star reviews are fake & you’ll notice they are dumped in clusters - They will wait until a sales rep has their first good month & then immediately hound them to fill out a survey once they know what their commission will be - By your 5th day of onboarding you’ll have received 220+ emails - 2 stars because you can trade big pieces of time & life for $ here - Almost no one I met at NDR intended to stay there longterm - Leadership is so inept they would rather focus on trying to control the perception of NDR & reputation as opposed to actually solving any of the problems

Pros

It’s a job, and is a placeholder while you find another job.

Cons

This company is awful, they lie to employees constantly and lower management will become very aggressive if you ask ANY questions. I came out of the gate one of the top trainees and was making great money, out of nowhere the leads shut off, night and day difference, I asked management and for a whole month they played a gaslighting bit tactic and eventually I had a night manager(a friend of a friend) to look into it, low and behold my leads had essentially been shut off… they fixed it and I started doing really well production wise. There were some changes to how management was run and some sort of thing, and someone in upper management was let go and let me and a couple people know how ridiculously unfair and disgusting this company is behind closed doors, they essentially feed rookies so they get hooked on a decent pay check , then they slow your leads down tremendously and continue to feed the rookies and the favorites(one of the top producers is married to an execs daughter for crying out loud and you can listen to his calls and he is in no way some top salesman or anything he is just fed HUNDREDS of lay ups deal a month) in addition to that they do nothing to retain the clientele once you get them signed up and if they ever miss deposit the company takes the commissions back out of your next paycheck- even if they make it up the following month and continue the program. My advice is if you are starting here or work here, use it a placeholder while you find something else. Do not waste your time at this dead end job, it doesn’t teach you any transferable skills, you will remain stagnant having hit or miss pay checks. Also the Christmas party you get to meet all the execs and management and they are all a bunch of creeps who obviously have substance abuse issues.

Pros

Serious money to be made if you're one of the chosen. Best corporate training out there. You start ready to close deals.

Cons

You cannot earn any commission for a minimum of 90 days, as per the company's strategy. Pure churn and burn here, 33% of my training class is gone, and I'm 3 months in. Overtime? - Sure! They will just pay you less per hour than your regular time for it . Like to work from home? - Forget it! They ensure all work-from-home privileges are revoked via incessant employee monitoring systems and ancient computers. (They send you a refurbished dusty PC stack so you are chained to your desk) They care more about your online status within 5 different monitoring systems, minute by minute, than they do about new business revenue! I've been selling 20 years and never felt the eye of Big Brother more than this place, including all office settings. PTO - Sure! You just cannot use it Thurs-Mon unless you plan your time 90 days out. They blackout all weekends 90 days in advance to make sure you cannot use your own paid time. So scratch that "benefit" Base Pay - How about we start below the poverty line and progressively reduce your base? IF you like this, then NDR is for you. They decidedly refuse to invest in their sales people monetarily. Commission? - Sell $100K in revenue per month for the company = 0% commission. It tiers up from there but only jumps at the very top tiers. IF you do not enroll $1M/mo in debt, you won't be above $50K/yr here. Insurance? - The Worst I have ever had. High deductibles, High premiums, if you have a family, just pray your wife has good health insurance. They do not even cover the employee premiums.
