Pros
Pretty solid pay - enabled me to have the quality of life i wanted but couldn't obtain through previous jobs. Everyone on our sales floor - sales agents and management - are pretty cool and easy to get along with. Management is pretty in-touch with their sales team. Doesnt have a whole lot of stupid "big corporation" laws like dress-code, getting reemed for being 5 minutes late once in awhile, and pretty willing to work with you on scheduling conflicts.
Cons
The sales job is relatively repetitive after awhile and after a couple of years it can be easy to get burned out - no fault of the company but more the job itself, but it's worth it for the time you are learning and growing.
