Pros

Work from home, commission based

Cons

Dallas team has poor managing skills, they all got bullied in high school so they got a little power trip,… they are beyond tacky by posting what you make every day lol and hop on zoom using profane language and wearing wife beaters a JOKE… wish Allstate would look more info how poorly it’s managed and take over

Pros

Natgen is a winning organization through and through from the training, licensing and screening teams, the IT and HR departments, the leaders and all the members of the organization are all wonderful people. They really do care at Natgen.

Cons

The only con I have for this company is taken away the earlier shifts.
