Pros

They have a good PTO package

Cons

Employees are highly micromanaged. Management creates their own rules and regulations that are not necessarily reflected by the company as a whole. And these rules change on a whim. It may be rule one day, but not the next. Employees and situations are not held at one standard, rather, what one employee is able to do in their role another employee can be reprimanded for taking the same action.
