      Kind coworkers. Close to train.

      Company owned by a family of billionaires couldn't seem to find the funds to give employees a raise after two years without.

      Pros

      I like my coworkers. They're the reason I haven't gone out of my mind yet.

      Cons

      Management is scatter brained and then tries to micromanage every detail. The treatment you receive from management I would compare to bad relationship your friends try to get you out of - they'll treat you like hell one day and then act buddy-buddy like nothing ever happened. They're also extremely unprofessional and typically unkind - they like to think jokes at your expense are funny.

      Pros

      Like the people that I work with. The building we moved to is nice. Benefits are your average corporate benefits.

      Cons

      No raises for 2016 since there is an additional pay day supposedly (27 pay days instead of 26). Upper management is known as the boys club. Positions are not always posted. They are given to the favorites who don't have the experience.
