Pros

Coworkers and some managers are awesome. Decent benefits. Great time off.

Cons

Employees are overworked and exhausted. It’s not uncommon for bodily injury adjusters to have 250 claims. Some managers are awesome and some are awful. Upper management isn’t super in touch and ignorant to daily struggles. High turnover and cannot hire replacements fast enough causing more workload problems for existing employees. They micromanage employees. Some metrics are impossible to meet. Claim system is like playing a game of where’s Waldo. Pay isn’t comparable to other carriers. Pay scales are not the same for everyone and ends up negatively impacting/ preventing people from raises some years. No bonuses.
