Pros

Remote, I don't have any other

Cons

Everything, very under paid for the amount of work. They made certain employees salary this year to avoid overtime, yet you cannot mean expectations without working OT. Expectations are too high for the amount of work. Some teams depending on your location are not getting as much but if your working west coast do not even consider. When I stared in 2021 almost every person from the training group was gone by 6 months. If you don't want extreme stress don't work here.

Pros

It was a Work-from-home opportunity and equipment were provided.

Cons

SO MANY ANGRY CALLERS! When the resource library was "updated" it became nearly impossible to use Adjusters for claims did not care about their assigned cases Any missed day DOES NOT FALL OFF FROM YOUR RECORD. IT WILL LITERALLY STAY ON THERE FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR! They do NOT live up to their supposed company values

Pros

Benefits and 401k were a good starting point

Cons

Everything. Management can't train or lead employees. Training was limited at best. Reps are thrown into the fire after 3 weeks of training and receive no support after. Claims system is antiquated and limits production. Even the fastest reps have to put in 50+ hours a week to maintain their pending. Customers are bottom of the barrel. High turnover will lead to more work on your plate. Salaried position means they don't pay for the overtime you'll have to work to keep on track.
