Pros

Training and licensing are part of the on-boarding, so you don't need experience in insurance to land a job here. You do need to be under 30 to be in sales though... If you are young with no family and ready to make work your only activity, then this will be a great place for you. Sales division in particular is made of recent grads purposefully - so there's a ton of people to hang out with, if you ever actually leave work.

Cons

It's all about the numbers here - as long as you are informed, it isn't necessarily a con... The numbers game includes putting butts in seats. they would rather hire you, train you and fire you than make sure you are the right person for the job to begin with.

Pros

The money thats about it but it wont last long at this company. If you want a long term career this is not the place to work.

Cons

High turnover from the president of the company to VP level to the TSM level. By far the worst employment experience yet and I have worked for some crazy bosses in the past. This company tops it off! The management/leadership team is the worst! They work by intimidation tactics and demotivating their ee's rather than applauding a job well done. If you are looking for job instability and would like to get abused by mgt this is the place for you. If your not in the "click" your out a job! Upper Mgt my former boss is "bi-polar" and needs to get on meds no joke! A real mental case and I cannot even believe this person is in a "leadership" role. They really need to look at why the high turnover across the county and amongst all departments...It isnt the employees (that work extremely hard) there is seriously major flaw/issues among the mgt team that is/are running the show. My advice is if you considering a job her is to save yourself the grief and go work for another company. The money will lure you in but run the other way because it will not last.

Pros

Employees are welcoming and personable.

Cons

Micromanaging to the point employees were told to stop laughing and get back to work. There is no work life balance.
