Pros

Pay is good as long as management doesn't think you are making " too much" then they change the comp plan to make it harder to earn.

Cons

Liars and incompetents abound. Management will tell you whatever they think you want to hear just so you will keep performing. Even when they know it isn't true. They are not to be trusted. Senior Sales management sits around telling agents that they are doing things wrong yet aren't even licensed to sell home and auto insurance. Excuses abound. If you are older, forget about ever being taken seriously, having your input garner any merit or getting promoted. It wont happen. The SVP of sales wants to surround himself with people of his own age group so he has his "clique". Promises from management , even the president, mean nothing. Run from this place!
