National General Insurance reviews

One over zealous manager that was nothing short of rude and aggresive who would badger and manipulate her agents into violating company underwriting guidelines and state department of insurance rules. If you land on her team you will be misserable everyday and a member of a team that has an annual turnover way beyond 1000 percent. Crazy but true. All of the other managers in the p and c group were excellent, had way less turnover and left you happier with you time at NGIC and better trained. Try to get on their team

Attorney's would never come to the office. Email was overwhelming, Attorney's would rarely reviewed documents and if reviewed usually at the last min and was a challenge to get an original signature. Basically it was a new office and new staff and we had to figure out what to do and a system that will work with out any manager, attorneys and if it a mistake was made you are held completely responsible. Really surprised how this area is still functioning with 0 care and complete unprofessional and at times embarrassing.
