      You do get paid every 2 weeks and the team members are nice and work hard.

      Cons

      very micro management. Leadership does not know the business enough to groom other leaders. Management scared you will take their job if you want to learn. HR on site is a joke.

      Low pay for work performed. Consistant high performance does not necessarily equate to financial remuneration. Poor training for new hires and little support during learning curve.
