      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      The culture and management style were very unsettling. Not a happy environment. No support from management. Very stressful and hostile work experience. Better off unemployed!

      The pay was decent and it was great to work from home. I liked the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Bad management. Impossible to meet metrics. Heavy workload. Threats from management. Quick to fire people. Chronic problems with computers, servers and phones.
