Pros

Had a fantastic manager who truly cared about her staff. The salary was on a scale and once you reached the top, you would never receive an increase. Some companies offer COLA (cost of living adjustment) at a minimum, which NGIC did not.

Cons

This could b a pro or a con, but they spent very little money on "morale boosters" for the staff.

Pros

Good benefits and ongoing training so that you can stay on top of your game not much else to be positive about

Cons

Continually changing presidents and pay scale/commission have to be a RAH RAH type person just can’t go in and do your job they want you to be a cheerleader for them all the time. Very time oriented how much for breaks how much for lunch how much to dispose your call etc etc
