Pros

Great Training, Great Pay, Great Benefits

Cons

No Interaction or Collaboration. Deaf Leadership. Lack of Career Development. Also you will be hired and work for National General but they will dangle "good sam" in front of you from day one. Once you become good sam you are a glorified camping world employee. Also they will eat up your residual income and keep every cent of your book of business once you leave. Out of my class of 27 only 3 remained after 3 years. They are in the business of binging and purging employees to make the shareholders happy.

Pros

• Helpful network of co-worker adjusters and knowledgeable l MDS tech support

Cons

• Claims handling database does not meet expectations. The trainer said this system was built by someone who doesn’t do our job. • Remote laptop training and a few ride-along days do not meet new hire proficiency expectations. • Management low-key shames individual performance metrics on team emails.
