Pros

This place is terrible period. Nobody makes it there at all because it is unprofessional and terrible metrics. Nobody last working at this job at all. The Cleveland office turnover rate is terrible and everybody quits. All the managers suck and it is ran unprofessional. Every manager at the company sleep with one another in the Cleveland, Ohio office.

Cons

They hire college kids just to fill up a cubical. Anybody fresh out of college please don't apply to this place at all. Nobody makes it there at all. The HR managers at the company act clueless and act like the dont know whats going on. The pay is terrible for all the claims you have to work. The all process is claims after claims. Please run from the Cleveland, ohio office.

Too happy to fire people!

Pros

If you really need a job or trying to start your career in insurance then this is the place.

Cons

Too many inconsistencies. They play favoritism. Turnover rate is extremely high, a constant revolving door. New hire classes every 2 months. They go straight to firing you instead of following their own steps. Too many lies about raises, money and advancement. Managers are afraid to speak up. Agents are allowed to disrespect reps and not have to process their own endorsements. If you close, you cannot leave until all calls have been answered. Audits change and you get dinged for changes that were not discussed. Right after the CEO passed it seemed like too many changes came the very next day. And not even a card or anything was done due to his loss.
