      I have been there 20 + YRS and they don't care if have been. They treat you like a child we never get a raise in 5yrs.

      All the over time you want because people can call in all the time.

      Cons

      If you are the one who been there you can not call in. You will get spoken to like a child. The pay is the lowest around.

      I am disappointed to hear about your work experience during your tenure with the company. The leader that you reference in your review left the company several years ago. Our professionals are proud to be affiliated with an organization like National that supports our centers and the committment to care for our seniors in all stages of life.

      This company is DEPLORABLE.. no support from administrators or National Health Care corporate, lies and excuses is all you’ll ever get from this company!! If you value your reputation look elsewhere for good employment
