Pros

The staff is amazing they really care about giving good care to the residents.

Cons

The business model is profit before patients, they say differently but actions confirm this, They under staff every department and band aid the building repairs, Corporate squeezes the facilities for money and holds off paying their bills as long as possible or sometimes not at all. They put on an act for the few months before the annual survey inspection by the State and the rest of the year nobody cares. They stack people up in inadequate office spaces and give them sub par equipment to do their job with. The employees needs are secondary to the bottom line.

orginally family owned then when purchased by national promises made about staffing family enviroment

poor staffing for the amount of residents

Pros

Most of the LPNS were very nice... There is no holiday pay. They may give you a perfect attendance bonus as long as you miss no punches for 3 months.

Cons

The LNAS are rude. Management doesn't value any of their employees. The environment is dirty and they are always understaffed. They will call you at all hours of the day trying to get you to pick up days, While freezing vacation time.
