Pros

The lunch program and PTO.

Cons

If you are a woman then don't bother looking into this company. It's almost impossible to move up as a woman even if you have experience they will choose some guy off of the street before they would choose you. Management is terrible. They don't have any empathy for their employees and any new ideas go in one ear and out the other. Human Resources is a joke. They don't care about their employees and can be very rude. There aren't any work from home opportunities unless you are liked by the "in crowd". The pay isn't good and the raises are next to nothing. There is next to no diversity and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Antiquated

Pros

Lunch is nice, location is not a high traffic area. If you were in a sorority or fraternity you might do well here.

Cons

Antiquated in so many ways. Spreadsheets are used everywhere, very manual process driven, lacks remedial skill sets to be successful, will not focus on easy fixes that would streamline ops, be prepared to figure things out on your own and don't bother trying to find a manual, finding information is difficult at best and scattered across the organization via people. Tech is very old and lacks power to perform. Lack of well thought out designs and future planning. Your input to improve things will not go far or it will be picked up by someone else that will get credit for it. Women are typically not treated as equals. As a whole the organization is not very mature. If you are senior level, expect to take on the following in a position with no authority, manage projects with vague direction and shouldering the responsibility, expect your input to be disregarded, expect heavy/oppressive resistance to change, expect your emails will not be read, let alone understood, expect to spend a lot of time teaching and training the younger staff, expect to work in your off hours to catch up on work due to training, and expect that whatever you were doing that was successful in previous positions will be frowned upon. I.T. is inept, callous, judgmental. pompous and make fun of the user populous vs. helping out. Due to a lack of veterans or veterans having time to teach, expect a high volume of mistakes that could have been avoided and can be costly. Lacks a sense of urgency. I can confirm that there certainly is an in crowd mentality and expect the bare minimum from them. Work from home is a recent concept for the company, prior to that executive management refused to be open to this concept.

Pros

Lunch program, work out facilities, free parking

Cons

Inner circle, the CEO's boys are the only ones who are heard. Old school mentality, rather exhausting.
