Being able to help those in need, some aspects of the schedule.

Cons

Very unprofessional and hostile environment. Your work is not appreciated, even if you are working above average as a processor. It feels like nothing is ever good enough for them. Management can be extremely rude and belittling.

This place is the worse place I have worked, it should get no rating but it is required. No Pros for this company, a staffing place tried to send me back here for a temp job, I told him NO and would not recommend anyone work here.

Cons

Micromanaged, have to be part of clic's to be liked, employees are not allowed to talk for 2 hours a day, this is called TIM Time (Time Is Money) but ironically the person who come up with it is named Tim. This makes it very hard for new employees if they can't ask questions during initial training time. Almost cult like.
