      Pros

      The co workers were great. When I started the atmosphere was great. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      In 2020 everything changed. Leadership no longer cares about the customer or the employees. Leadership also does not have any Industry knowledge and does not value or appreciate the industry. The work day is 10-12 hrs and weekends. No work life balance at all.

      Fast growing, career growth potential for some, many talented hard working individuals heart in many individuals, as well as in a few in management roles.

      Cons

      growing pains, all about money and growth, lack of concern for the employees and their well being, health hazard environment.

      - Great Perks, some good teams, fast-growing

      Cons

      - LinkedIn can speak for itself. Tons of first-time managers - Asked to bcc all interactions to your manager - Success is more of a support gig - Boss will yell out you privately, and then throw you under the bus to save themselves - Success often makes fun of their own customers. Heard threats of "My way or the highway" - Many act to be your friend, but if you listen closely - they are actually talking behind your back
