      Pros

      I recently joined Navan as an Enterprise AE, and it’s been an awesome experience so far. The interview process was one of the best I’ve been through — super transparent, fast-moving, and focused on real conversations rather than canned questions. Everyone I spoke with was sharp, passionate about the mission, and clearly proud of what they’re building here. Since joining, that energy has carried through. Leadership is hands-on and accessible, the enablement is strong, and there’s a genuine team mentality across the org. You can feel the momentum — the product is best-in-class, the market fit is clear, and the people are fired up to win.

      Cons

      It’s fast-paced and expectations are high, but if you’re wired to compete and collaborate, it’s the right kind of challenge.

      Healthcare, Pay based on knowledge/experience, Resources, Remote or Hybrid in some states

      Cons

      401k match is gone, micromanaging within management, stressful expectations on AHT working calls, chats and emails for a full shift, scatter resources and GDS that are not reliable, 90% goal monthly is ridiculous when most complaints is about the platform not the agent but there is only a 1 question survey, management are never on the same page and lead by personal expectations not company expectations. Inappropriate gossiping. You're given pto but made to feel like you're inconveniencing everyone when you take off. Managers look for any small reason to build a case and let you go or become inconsistent to the point you give up and leave.
