      Pros

      Navos is a non-profit behavioral health organization that works hard to expand its services and to understand the needs of its patient/client population. Overall, the employees are a great group of people and it's a very good work environment.

      Cons

      Because it's a non-profit, it's difficult to provide the competitive salaries for the medical staff.

      Pros

      Awesome freedom to openly express your sexual orientation, and gender identity freely. Lots of focus on cultural awareness and diversity. CEO has been very open in emails to employees regarding the current health care crisis and political incidents affecting the mental health community for both those receiving and giving care.

      Cons

      Much of the upper management are friends from outside who have brought in their friends who are not necessarily the most qualified for the job. They are putting money about the needs of clients and have poor management for the residential services.
