      Serving the underserved is meaningful and important work.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, pressure to be increasingly productive while failing to recognize burnout. There is a complete lack of regard for the wellbeing of employees. Management is focused solely on money and productivity, which feels devastating to exhausted employees. Advancement and raises are non-existent for clinicians. A 1% raise each year is not a living wage.
