Pros
Friendly HR, smooth onboarding, made me feel at home right away. Management seemed to deeply care about the mission of the organization. For a nonprofit, it was surprisingly easy to get the supplies and resources we needed. Pay scale was clear (for my position at least). They had killer benefits too,
Cons
For the position I worked in, the conditions were not always the safest. The facility had multiple safety concerns (on campus- not in the residents cottages) and our campus was under construction constantly. Patients were picking up contraband from the ground and occasionally had access to areas that were filled with tools and other construction supplies. When we brought this to corporate, they seemed to believe the negligence was on OUR position, and said WE needed to be more vigilant while watching the patients on campus.
