Pros
Flexible hours, often easy to schedule time off, good healthcare benefits, sense of satisfaction at most locations.
Cons
Navos has had a real issue with staff retention. Often due to not paying certain groups enough for their experience. If a blanket raise is given then all benefits of having worked there for multiple years are erased. Ever since Multicare bought them there have been constant issues with staffing, program development, technology incorporation and many other issues. It is certainly not the worst place I have worked but at all the locations it feels as though you are thrown into the deep end and told to sink or swim even though you've never been in a pool before.
