Pros

Annual performance bonus, schedule flexibility, and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work you do. There is not much upward mobility in branches, especially since in my area they have one team split two branches which makes it harder for positions to open up and move around. I have co-workers that have been in the same role for 10 years and have applied for management positions multiple times, but an external candidate got hired instead.

Pros

Benefits, hybrid work schedule, and facility amenities

Cons

During my time with the company, I observed inconsistencies in how promotions were handled, with decisions often influenced by personal relationships rather than professional performance. This created a sense of unfairness among employees who consistently went above and beyond but were overlooked for advancement. Concerns raised about these practices were frequently dismissed, as leadership seemed more focused on meeting quotas and specific initiatives than addressing employee morale or development. Additionally, the expectations placed on employees often felt unrealistic and unsustainable, which negatively impacted overall engagement and trust.

Pros

Solid benefits, annual bonus, 7% 401k match, pension plan, hybrid work schedule. Generally rewarded for hard work and dedication (to a certain point).

Cons

You do have to commit to the traditional "corporate grind" to do well and move up, as you would expect with large companies like this. It's not for everyone, and unfortunately management/departmental changes are out of your control but can make or break your experience here. Certain positions are extremely stressful/not worth the pay, while others do not have to do as much - yet have similar or higher salaries. A lot of people truly do enjoy working here; however, it is also easy to get burned out in this type of environment. Really just depends on your particular job, teammates, leadership, etc.
