Pros

Great benefits, facilities, and decent pay

Cons

The division I ended my career in took for granted hard-working leaders and burned them and their employees out instead of promoting them or providing desperately needed resources (billets, software, etc.) Then, they have to hire multiple people to replace one employee's knowledge when the employee eventually gives up the good fight.

Pros

The health benefits are by far the best I have ever had.

Cons

Expect to move supervisors constantly. Each time you move, all the work you put in with the previous supervisor doesn’t count. You have to start all over with someone new. All of the new benefits are for newly hired people. I have seen it time and time again. People get stuck in Account Services, even if they are hard working. Then they end up filing FMLA or Short term just for job safety. They are constantly changing the game. You will work to fix something, bring it to you supervisor, only to be told you have to work on something else. I have been royally let down by constant promises and I am so over the “just keep pushing and we will give you the advancement” positive drivel. They squashed my drive and spirit for working for who I thought was a fair company. Then the blame falls to me. Stuff isn’t done properly or never gets done. A lot of times your leadership has spent less time on the phone than you so they don’t even know how to help. I came back to work here because I truly thought I didn’t give it a fair chance last time, but I am just as let down now as I was then.
