Pros

Insurance, annual bonus, no lay offs

Cons

The members are rude (verbal abusive and can get physical), no room for growth, if you don’t kiss up to management you can forget it. No work from home option if you are not close to headquarters. This company started off great, but things have taken a turn for the worse o er the years. No work life balance since others are quitting very quickly (short staffed, members notice it which makes them more abusive), no security guard (needed for abusive members), only option the branches are given in unfortunate situations is to call local authority ( by the time they arrive the angry member is gone, only to come back the next day and do it again)

Pros

A Yearly Bonus Quarterly Bonuses When Goal is Met Health Benefits Are Excellent

Cons

Reduced possibility for commissions and increased goals to levels barely obtainable. Nepotism within leadership (hiring friends from business ventures etc. Yes look at the management team) Management disconnected from realistic goals and processes Switched from a sales role to Call Center Ops without warning Management telling us to find a new job if we don't want to deal with the changes Supervisors that provide no development opportunities, and do not know how to develop the specialists Supervisors that micromanage, and expect you to be perfect or you get berated

Pros

Benefits, paid vacation, and most holidays off

Cons

Primarily Management issues. There is a lot of psychological tactics used on employees that is perverse and not acceptable. Employees are now being forced to either take the vaccine (the jab) and receive $1300 extra a year or have to submit to a weekly nose test for covid, which eventually we will have to start paying on our own TO WORK FROM HOME. They also have now “mandated” cameras in our own homes. Don’t fall for this type of treatment, in unacceptable and inexcusable.
