Pros

Un-limited salary potential, decent bonuses. Monday-Friday with flexible work hours.

Cons

Not advanced in their industry (i.e. online media). Poor management, poor training and development. Not enough projects for team to work on, no follow up from project leaders that you have. No communication from co-workers or management. Old warehouse in sketchy area.

Pros

Met fabulous people in my training class, who also nearly a month and a half after starting quit. You quickly learn that there is an Association for every profession.

Cons

Even though you are paid a guarantee you are viewed as a 100% commission salesperson with unpaid sick and vacation days. Training does not prepare new reps for the sales floor as it not structured. Commission is unattainable for new reps as one would have to make more than $10,000 in ad sales before commission is seen. The sales goals set for new reps are set below this figure so commission is never seen. Not to mention, new reps are given the most undesirable projects (association directories) and territories and nearly every lead for the projects given are exhausted or called repeatedly by Naylor reps (Naylorized). Advertisers are promised an opportunity to be in front of these associations but whether there's a true return for them is unknown hence why many refuse to do business with Naylor making your job that much harder. New reps with 6 months or less are required to attend mandatory unpaid meetings during their lunch hour. Many reps in my class were repeatedly badgered about our level of commitment to Naylor, we were required to profess our commitment both verbally as well as in writing. Threats of being let go continuously arouse. The working conditions were unbearable.
