Pros

Staff care about the mission and the patients.

Cons

Staff is overworked and underpaid. Leadership is always telling us how bad our financial situation is. They did a round of layoffs over the summer. The interim CEO Jamie Hazard has no idea on how to run the company. Their solution is to keep cutting staff and expenses. The leadership change has caused a lot of angst and morale is low. I hope they take the employee survey seriously.
