Pros

A mission you can really get behind and a commitment to do really good work. Most of the leadership and management team are really good managers. There are lots of opportunities to learn and get ahead as they promote a lot form within. Really great benefits and close to the T!

Cons

The pay is not the greatest, but better than average for this kind of facility. For years they had a great President and the culture was great - Unfortunately he left and the culture really took a nose dive. They now have another new one though and the good culture was coming back.
