Pros

Flexible when I needed to leave for the occasional child care emergency. The work environment was great, I loved the participants and my coworkers. It was like a second family!

Cons

As with any job some situations can be frustrating but I always received a lot of support and great feedback from my longtime supervisor!

Pros

Great cause and great benefits. Good values on paper and I think they're trying. Some programs at NHA are great, but others are struggling.

Cons

Disorganized, lacking staff and support for staff. Kind of runs like a corporation. Burnout is high for the intensity of the work without proper support. Some of the team is very disconnected from the values stated which has interfered with the service provided.

Pros

The clients are the only thing positive about this company.

Cons

Toxic workplace, gossip, overworked, and the company prioritizes profit over care or employees.
