      Pros

      Great if you enjoy fashion. Discount is nice. Hours are ok. If you absolutely have to work in retail, Neiman Marcus is pretty close to being a “real job”.

      Cons

      Leadership is mediocre. Passive aggressive approach all around. Lack of structure/communication and lack of respect between employees, including upper management. Very horrible gossip problem and you really don’t make much money for how hard you have to work.

      Kind people work here and they’re very understanding and helpful!

      Cons

      No promotions or raises, even if it’s due they talk around it. They’re very politically bias. Awful benefits
