Pros
When you have a good team of coworkers the days can be very fun, and company culture is good. Management at my store was good when I first started, and we often had fun team events or incentives. Good discount on products.
Cons
As with most customer-service roles some days could be very difficult. Management was understaffed and spread thin, and sometimes it would take awhile before they could come help with specific customer issues.
