Some really great people work here. Upper management is positive about future.

Cons

There's some very unethical practices happening here, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw some lawsuits/company shutdown. Benefits are really lacking compared to competitors. Upper management/HR is all talk no action.

Pros

Very friendly atmosphere for interviewing. I was surprised at how relaxed my interviewing made me feel and I can only attribute it to the overall "feeling" I got when I went in for my interview. There is a sense I got from my interviewer that growth is in the future as well as potential for advancement. Being hired into a new position that was recently created I feel very fortunate that they are wiling to put their confidence into me to help establish this new position.

Cons

I have not seen any cons as of yet. That could be because of the atmosphere within the company.

The hiring process at NeoGenomics is amazing. Everyone through the process was so genuine, and works very hard to begin the "team building" with other co-workers. The process was thorough, yet Fun. I know that sounds weird, but they truly make you feel like you matter, by asking great personal questions, to share with the team, so that you can quickly begin getting to know each other. I haven't even started with the company, and already I feel like I have been part of their team for a long time. HR is quick and clear as well, on new hire paperwork and processes. This has been the best hiring process I have ever been through.

Cons

I have none. Honestly. Just a smooth, and fun process.
