Out of touch management. Bully management in billing. Reduces employees to tears. Belittles them and makes fun of them at meetings and behind their backs

Co-workers where friendly and easy to work with. Great Benefits. Executives really care about moving company forward along with its people. Appreciate the feeling you are helping to save a cancer patients life by keeping lab equipments up and running.

Cons

Lack of flexibility. Salaries are not great unless in management. No room for advancement outside medical aspect of lab. Lack of trust from manager.
