Health benefits, thats it nothing more nothing less.

Cons

The management is nonexistent, people in lower management screaming at techs while upper management whiteness it and does nothing. The team does not work as a team, if you need assistance it isn't there you are looked down upon for asking questions or not answered at all, colleagues constantly have a nasty attitude towards others for no reason. No room for growth, "rules" that are placed per department but are not actually noted in the employee handbook. Work life balance is not existent, you have set hours and no obligation to OT, but expected to stay to keep up with the quotas. Overall has to be the worst place I have ever been employed and I cant wait to leave.

None that I can think of. Stay away. Not even a good stepping stone.

Cons

Mismanaged company. They say they care about patients first but it's all about adding on tests whether they need them or not.

The work is very interesting

I do not know who wrote "Substandard place for pathologists", but most likely by female and the bully is male. If you are a female you can get a job at Neogenomics but will not go far. If female suggests a way to improve something it is ignored but if male says the same thing one week later it is a great idea. If you disagree with male coworkers or know more than male coworkers you can be ignored or treated bad. If there is a complaint the female is called emotional. Male directors and VPs take credit for their female employees work. Most directors, VPs, leadership team are male. Females in high positions are in female jobs like HR, accounting, sales.
